Charity Request Form
This form allows you to submit any donation or charity request that your organization may have. Please fill out the form as completely as possible and send in by mailing it to the address above or via email. Please note that due to the volume of requests, phone solicitations will not be accepted. Only requests made by submitting this form will be considered. Please allow two weeks for our correspondence.
Solstice Kitchen and Cafe Ventures are always looking for ways to give back to the local community through charitable endeavors like yours. We will try our hardest to help and wish you nothing but the best!
Please note that you must only fill out one form to request a donation from any of our three restaurants, including Cellar on Greene and Mr. Friendly’s New Southern Cafe.
